We are thrilled to invite you to an evening dedicated to showing our appreciation for current members + inviting new friends to experience the perks of a DC membership.

This month, Visitor Services team member, Ryan Semegran, will be hosting a performance art workshop. We'll take care of all props + materials—just bring yourself! Ryan will guide the group through warm-up exercises to get everyone comfortable with the idea of performing, and we'll finish the workshop with a performance based on prompts provided by Semegran.

About Ryan Semegran:

Ryan Semegran (b. 2000 Austin, TX) is a multidisciplinary performance artist and sculptor based in Dallas, Texas. Semegran’s work focuses on themes of identity, religious guilt, and community through immersive installation-based performances. They are very interested in the idea of the body as a medium and have performed for spaces such as The Arts Fort Worth, Dallas Contemporary, The Other Art Fair, and Satellite Art Show NYC.
